July 11, 200619 yr I like varrock southwest mine. Not as many people has southeast mine. Run along the west wall of varrock to varrock west bank to bank your iron.
July 11, 200619 yr you can try south of fally or al-khadir. both pretty good mines too 1500+ total 89 cmb; 1600+ total and under 93 cmb. 02/04/07 reached all skills 60+ under lvl 90 cmb. 07/19/07 reached all skills 70+ at lvl 93 cmb.Prayer is good for herbs

He was refering to the dwarf mines, outside of the mining guild, I believe. I agree with the no banking location, but if you're banking, then I would suggest varrock west mine.
