Zzz Edit: Sara brew is listed as giving a "boost" as well, but magic potion is "+4 magic level". I think I know what the potion is used for in the quest. Since Fairy Godfather doesn't want to give the secateurs back, you gotta make your own somehow. That claw is gotten from the 145 level monster. And finally, you have to use Fairy Rings to find something that belongs to queen. That seems like it.
