July 12, 200620 yr try using the combat guide on tip.it. That guide will tell you what monsters are good to attack at what lv.

Granted the referrence to monsters makes it obvious you want to train combat, but it's till pretty ambiguous. You may as well be saying "z0m6!!! m4k3 m3 73h pwnz0rz p|0x!!!1!111!!!!1!11one1!!!!!!" or some similar nonsense.
July 12, 200620 yr I would train on the elementals in the dungeon type thing you did elemental shield in. You can also do slayer. At any level slayer monsters have way better drops than other monsters their level.
