How can I upload a picture here?

1. Upload your picture file to an image hosting website, like Imageshack.

 

 

 

2. Select the "Hotlink for Forums (1)". The text should look something like this:

Or if you'd like, you can take the "direct link to image" and place img tags around them. Like:
