I have guthans? is that huge advantage?

Believe it or not no, some believe it's actually easier to get the firecape without guthans. It helps, but isn't necessary.

could u like me to a guide that utilizes it then?

Guthan's means you can make several dumb mistakes (not on Jad) and still finish.
