July 20, 200619 yr Banking, varrock SW or SE mines. Not banking, scorpion pit has 3 iron rocks and you don't have to move at all, just spin around. You could also try out the hobgoblin mine in the wilderness, theres hardly anyone there but you run the risk of being attacked so just take your pick.
