July 21, 200619 yr That pyramid is amongst teh worst thing Jagex ever added, it's horrible xp because every time you fall (and you fall a lot) you get hit for 10 damage and you have to start all over again. I suggest the Brbarian course, you rarely fail. July 21, 200619 yr It gives thew greatest amount of exp for completion, however it's easy to faill, and one lap takes 3 minutes roughly. It's really bad, but if you want a break from normal agility training try it.
