Pure Melee help needed(F2P)

My stats are:

 

12 - Strenght

 

12 - HP

 

Everything else is 1...

 

I have calculated some things.

 

 

 

Pure Melee only STR and HP:

 

99 str 99 hp combat 57

 

Iron 2h and power ammy.

 

max hit 17 with str pot and 15 normally.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pure Melee with attack.

 

61 str 40 attack 99 hp combat 57

 

Rune Scimmy and power ammy.

 

max hit 15 with str pot and 14 normally.

 

Rune 2h and power ammy.

 

Max hit 18 with str pot and 16 normally.

 

And attacks from this pure are more accurate than str pure because of 40 attack.

 

 

 

 

 

Wich one shouold I choose?

 

And can some one tell me what is best armor combination for pure melee.

how the hell are u gonan get 99 hp for the second oen seeing that attack and str will be low

Errr... That was just an exapmle. But what would you say if we drop Hp's to like 50?

You will get to 40 attack / 61 str a lot faster than 99 anything.

 

 

 

The problem with not increasing attack, is that you lose a lot of weapon attack bonus and a lot of weapon strength bonus.

 

 

 

I'd expect that 40 arrack, 1 strength, rune wep (any kind) would actually hit more damage per second than 1 attack, 40 str, iron weapon. So long as you can upgrade your weapon, the attack AND strength bonus is hard to beat - hence most melee pures are are 40 attack (F2P) or 60 for dragon (member).

raise your attack as you raise str. keep them about the same or maybe withing 5 levels of each other. stop training attack at 40. a pure with 1 str makes no sense. at combat 57, realistically, you could have 82 str, 40 att, and about 70 hp (remember, your hp stat only gets 1/3 the exp of your other attack stats, so 99 str will not get you 99 hp at all). at this level you'd hit 22 max without pots with a r2h

 

 

 

for armor, full bronze, full iron, robes, prince suit. it barely makes a difference. the best possible armor you could wear is iron plate, helm and kite, with green dragon chaps and vambs (40 ranged req)
