Loge_05 Posted July 26, 2006 Share Posted July 26, 2006 The bats he attacks with is both Range and Mage, which'll hit 10 every four or five seconds. Keep Protect from Melee on at all times, otherwise he may hit 20+. You will take damage because of his Range/Mage attack, so good food (Anything above Lobsters) is helpful. Mage him with your highest spell to kill him before you run out of food. My friend and I both did it without protect from melee on. I can't remember what prayer was used. I tried both. When I protect from melee he'd constantly shoot bats and would always hit, and when I protect from... mage I think I used, he'd mostly melee and didn't hit all that often. Ragen Posted July 26, 2006 Share Posted July 26, 2006 Yeah that Vampire is crazy if you have the wrong gear. I tried whipping him a few times. Mage is definately the way to go.
