Please someone please tell me exactly where to find Bolkoy, I know he is in Tree Gnome Village, but I cant find his exact location.....please help

He is up the southern most ladder in the center (east-west wise) in the tree gnome village, the maze village south of ardougne.

BTW, there is a clues forum ;)
