July 30, 200619 yr Just remember that before you send a question to custumer support, you should always look in the knowledge database and eventually also on fan sites. It is also a good idea to try to ask other players. This is especially important if it concerns how to do something in game. Perhaps the people on this board can help you sort out your problem with lazy cats? Please think before you ask a question. If you ask the right question, its much more likely you get the answer you are looking for :)
