To contact Customer Support: 1) Go to runescape.com 2) Under knowledge base, click "Customer Support" 3) Log in and send them your query. Please use full sentences next time and not one long run on. It is also a good idea to try to ask other players. This is especially important if it concerns how to do something in game. Perhaps the people on this board can help you sort out your problem with lazy cats? Please think before you ask a question.
