What you wanna no about website development, do you have any knowledge of HTML ? not neccisary these days you can use programs like Adobe Dreamweaver and they make it really easy to make websites.

If you google it there will be heaps of guides to making websites.

HTML-Kit (can be found on download.com, but when you find it there, go to the publisher's main website) is a good program. I haven't done much with it, but I'm pretty sure it has a WYSIWYG area similar to Dreamweaver. Free program.
