August 1, 200619 yr does anyone know, do you have to have started the dragon slayer quest to but the Lady Lumbridge, and if so, do you get to keep it after you have finished the quest?

August 1, 200619 yr it 2k 4 god sake and if u cant afford 2k then super lol! its untradable cause its alreadry on the sea. and reminder if u want to fix it, u need 3 planks, hammer and 90 steel nails = 6 steel bars. and as soon as u get to crandor, then ull realise. 1150+ total, 151 questpoints and 76 combat.. is it good?
