Draynor village probably.

incorrect, the place spot and a place where you would never need to go to a bank is lumbridge general store, go north-east of it and start burning nad come back to gen store to buy more unlimited logs and repeat. this has been proven to be the cheapest method.

If you have done the quest in aid of the myreque there is a bank there where u can gain tons of fm lvls no one is ever there so its noob free also.

EDIT: saw f2p server my bad, best spot would be draynor if you already have logs, if not varrock general store or lumby general store.

I always liked using the Fally east bank.

 

You start burning east of the bank near the unused houses and,

 

if you start in just the right place, you end right at the entrance to the bank.

 

Then repeat that except start 1 square north of your old burn line.

 

Repeat again.

Yeah this works very well if you already have your logs.

The Lumbridge method seems to work pretty good if you don't have the logs yet.
