I'm pretty sure they heal for quite a considerable amount but at the same time they lower your combat stats. The thing is, using Sara Brews you can have 4 bites of good food in one inventory space. That's the reason for Super Stat Restores. While the Sara Brews act as food, the super stat restores act as a prayer booster and the things that keep your combat stats up while you fight.

hey there, i've tried (and failed :P) fight caves four times. Sara brews work by being 3 sharks in one. When you drink a dose, it heals 15 and pushes up your defence quite a lot(which is helpful on its self) However, sara brews also decrease your range and other skills, so you use a super restore to get these back up. Its also good that super restores restore prayer as well, which is handy.

Good luck with the caves

I think its 15% of your hp it heals, it lowers combat and then increases defense.
