Cdub Posted August 3, 2006 Share Posted August 3, 2006 On the Runescape main page, there is a section in the left column entitled "Knowledge Base". Click on "Customer Support" with the hand-icon. On the bottom of that page is an option to submit a game-related query. If your question regards billing, simply go further into the knowledge base with sections pertaining to billing.
