That depends on what you mean when you say "best"

 

 

 

Do you mean cheapest, fastest, easiest to cast, using bought runes or crafted runes, P2P or F2P, etc.

 

 

 

In general, Death rune based spells hit harder (and give more HP exp) than

 

Chaos based runes. Chaos rune, in turn, hit harder than Mind rune based spells.

 

 

 

I suggest that you consult Tip Its magic exp table for guidance.

 

The exp listed for Crumble Undead is still wrong but Crumble

 

gives decent exp for the effort spent in getting the runes.

I would use pest control, go up in the tower and mage all the monsters then use all the points you get on hp.
