A friend of me told it should be good to get 70 fletching, should i get it?

 

 

 

My goal is 85 slayer, i'm still f2p and cutting the logs i need for 70 fletching but i need to know if i can do it without training any other skill (I want to train skills but i'd prefer to not train above 50 as i need all the time i have to get the slayer to 85)
