I am combat level 55 what would be the best monster for me to train on. I really would like something with decent drops or something that gets my stats up quickly.

Are you f2p or p2p?

 

 

 

P2p:

 

- Rock crabs located above seers in the city of relekka, very good xp no really good drops mainly junk but they never hit and you get tons of xp.

 

- Pest control go to world 78 and just kill the monsters and use the points to what you please, its located in the port sarim.

 

- Experiments requires priest of peril and start of creature of frekstein but really good xp around 250xp per monster they only drop bones and never hit.

 

 

 

F2p:

 

- Security stronghold killing any of those monsters.

 

- varrock sewers killing red spiders

 

 

 

 

 

Best thing for drops would be security stronghold which is barbarin village. Best xp would either be pest control, rock crabs, or experiments. Good luck!

Jail Guards have I think 33 HP, and don't require alot of food, I've used them to train since I was lvl 40.

Well im currently training on hill giants in edgeville dungeons, if you go there early in the morning or late at night hardly anyones there

 

 

 

They drop big bones which you can either sell or bury to get prayer up
