Best ways to train range and magic

I need some quick range and magic xp, i'm 41 range and 42 magic

 

I just read a guy saying that he gets 2k range xp every 5 minutes but is looking for more :shock: , i get no- where near 2k xp every 5 mins.

 

Im not a member yet but i will be one soon so both f2p and p2p areas are needed. Im going to use pest control points on prayer,at least about 50 points, not range or magic so thats out of the question.

He probebly got that mage xp from pest control, If you have money buy lots of body runes and cast them on the zammy wizard in varrock castle, make sure you wear like full rune, d vambs so you just splash on him and you will get xp.

fire bolt and crumble undead are gd for xp

 

 

 

train range on scorps in varrok sewer if you want your arrows bk

the guy didn't say what he was training on, but people seemed to think it was hill giants, not pest control. He was about 60 range though, so i shouldnt expect 2k every 5 mins, but im 2/3 his lvl and only get about 100xp a minute.

 

and i dont pk at all so i might try the zammy monk thing, and i do want my arrows back so those methods would be usefull.

the BEST exp in the game is iron thrown knives or cannon to raise range and alching or tellying to cammy to train mage. just suggestions but they require alot of money if you are planning to do them extensively
