August 8, 200619 yr Yes it's a bug that came with the new updated message center I think. To get it sorted however, you have to get in touch with Customer Support to let them know that you have this problem. You can do so by clicking 'Comment on our Service' which can be found on the homepage, or if you like, you can just click that. :) Good Luck with getting it sorted.
