SAGE Posted August 8, 2006 Share Posted August 8, 2006 Team capes can be bought from random sellers in the wilderness, these sellers will appear in plain brown/greyish clothing with a massive hiker bag hung over there heads. From personal experience I beleive you can buy some capes at the tip of Edgeville, Chaos Alter, Pirate ship and many other places.
