I want to know how to get them explosives so i can lower my health thingy

They're from the digsite you might need to do the quest to get them.

ive done the quest..

All you need to do, is to go back to the digsite and open the barrels with skull and crossbones with your trowel....

 

 

 

Then use as many empty vials on the barrel as you need....

 

 

 

If you drop one of them you will lose 25 hp - I think that's the quickest way to lower your health......
