August 10, 200619 yr Like the title says, this thread is about baseball. What's your favorite team? Who do you think is going to make the playoffs? My favorite team is the Red Sox. I think the playoffs will be like this: AL East: Yankees. Even though I'm a Sox fan, I don't think they'll be able to catch up. AL Central: Tigers. Duh... AL West: A's. Well, they're leading now, and are doing pretty well. AL Wild Card: White Sox. Without Liriano for at least 15 days, the Twins will lose at least 2 more games than they would with Liriano. Two games is enough to put them behind the Red Sox, but the Red Sox are without Varitek, Nixon and Wakefield. Yes, Pena isn't too bad, and Lopez isn't either, but Varitek and Nixon are better IMO. The White Sox are struggling too, but they have 13 games agains the Indians, Royals and Devil Rays combined. They do have 10 games against the Tigers, though. The 3 extra games should be enough to keep them in the lead. NL East: Mets, who else... NL Central: Cardinals. Pujols is back, so they should be good again. NL West: Dodgers. Nomar is back, Maddux is great, Penny isn't bad... NL Wild Card: Reds. Arroyo should help keep them in the lead. Tigers vs. A's. Tigers. They're the best team... Yankees vs. White Sox. Yankees. They're 4-1 against the White Sox so far this season. Mets vs. Reds. Mets. They're the best team in the NL. Cardinals vs. Dodgers. Cardinals. Pujols, once again. Tigers vs. Yankees. Tigers. Same as above. Mets vs. Cardinals. Mets. Same as above. Tigers vs. Mets. Mets. The best team usually doesn't win. It's kind of a stupid thing to go on, but oh well. August 11, 200619 yr I love the red sox! And the mets are my second, too. I started liking them when they got padro. I'm just gonna sit back, hope the redsox do well, and see what happens.

August 11, 200619 yr I love baseball and meh fav team is teh Astros...dont think they will make wildcard though omg other nite they won like 17 to 1 against teh pirats even the pitcher hit a home run... i would play rl cause of teh good grafics but there is no respawn :(
