If you're a free player you can't get them. If you're a member, you get a ruby ring and enchant it or buy it from another player.

And you get 5 full loads of iron ore smelting with it.

 

That's 140 total ore and then the ring is destroyed.

 

 

 

The smelt total is kept as part of your "invisible"

 

player stats and not on the ring itself.
