Well then start Mournings Ends pt 1, go to the city of Lletya and the elf there will give you a teleportation crystal that will take you to Lletya if you click on it :) 99 cooking / 99 magic / 99 ranged / 99 hitpoints / 99 herblore / 99 defence Quoted for truth, wisest thing I've heard anyone say on Runescape.
