bacab
Experiments are good to train if you're a payer. They have low defense and they have 100 hp. You must start Creature of Frekenstrain to be able to train on them. If you are free you should train on Hill Giants. They drop big bones, which you can either bank and sell or you can bury for decent prayer experience. They're relatively "close" to edgeville bank. We don't rebel to sell it just suits us well, we're the bright young things.

skeroh
you could train on green dragons but they're in the wild. they drop dragon bones which could help you raise prayer. they also drop green dragon hides which you can tan and sell. you can also own the occasional pker that trys to attack you  Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)
