Runescape sound effects but no music? WTF?

hey all, my in game sound works but runescape music will not play.

 

 

 

i have tryed all of the simple stuff and all my volume is turned up. please help? i am stuck

Checked the in game options for allowing music?

A common problem with this, is because the SW volume isn't turned up.

 

 

 

If you follow this path, and then make sure the SW is up.

 

 

 

Start=>Control Panel=>Sound & Audio Device.

 

 

 

Under the 'Device Volume' heading click 'Advanced'

I have version 5.0 update 6... still nothing :-k

I still firmly believe that MIDI sounds (also refered to as SW Synth) in your audio properties is either turned down , or muted :)
