August 18, 200619 yr JaGeX as a company are based in the UK, although they obviously have 'customers' (aka: we RS players) worldwide. In order to have worldwide paybyphone they would have to talk to phone companies right across the world. Because they are in the UK, it is easy for them to ask the mobile phone companies to do pay by phone. I don't think though that they want to have to travel right across the world to organise this in other places. I helped on the Black Knight's Fortress Quest Guide. Stop messaging me in game! All I did was say BKs are lvl 33, not 31! All skills to level 30!

August 19, 200619 yr Theres paybyphone in more places than just the UK. Im in Australia and always use it. But I imagine it'd cost a bit for them to maintain, so for it to be worthwhile for Jagex, lots of people would have to play in the certain county, prehaps there just isnt enough in the Netherlands.
August 19, 200619 yr Jagex is probably already working on allowing this feature for paying for P2p. Anyways, I would rather have a worldwide debit card feature, which they currently only have in the US and UK, I imagine it's cheaper and is much faster and safer than anything else. There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. Thatregret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new,better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret. It's experience.
