In order to have worldwide paybyphone they would have to talk to phone companies right across the world. Because they are in the UK, it is easy for them to ask the mobile phone companies to do pay by phone. I don't think though that they want to have to travel right across the world to organise this in other places. I helped on the Black Knight's Fortress Quest Guide. Stop messaging me in game! But I imagine it'd cost a bit for them to maintain, so for it to be worthwhile for Jagex, lots of people would have to play in the certain county, prehaps there just isnt enough in the Netherlands. Anyways, I would rather have a worldwide debit card feature, which they currently only have in the US and UK, I imagine it's cheaper and is much faster and safer than anything else.
