1.Either sw varrock close to bank but may be crowded

 

2.Chasm mine n of al kharid watch for scorpions

 

3. edgeville mine watch for skellys

 

 

 

 

 

not much in choices and depens on your combat level

 

 

 

higher levels won't be bothered by scorps or skellys
