No shading at all (atleast you tried, at the cloud) but the cloud is in a wierd shape (to big for an avatar)

 

 

 

the sky could be more blue. And more shading and detailing in the water and grass.

 

 

 

and a border to finish it.

cant see and i am to lazy to zoom in, but doesnt look like you shaded the grass at all. also, use more then just the basic colors it gives you

 

 

 

borders also help alot. add one.
