but copy the link to your image to a txt document so you dont' lose it and have to reupload. there is an image size limit, but no registration.

when i try to upload it, it says the file is too big (max 200kb) but when i go to the properties of the file it says its 151k! WT hell?

... .psd is not an animation format. It's photoshop file. You can't view those in browser. Use the "save optimized as" command in Image ready to save gifs.
