ok anyway i found a way to get alot of experience without having to pay anymoney it really dosen't effect your house though all you need is a pond, sink and a clay fire place in your house

 

 

 

wield your pickaxe, have a saw, hammer and bucket in your inventory

 

 

 

mine 25 clay, then walk to your house, turn into soft clay make 1 pond and 5 clay fireplaces you just got 250 exp not that much right? if you do it as fast as me it takes you about 3 minutes multiply that by 20 you get an hour multiply 250 by 20 and you get 5000 exp an hour

 

 

 

then this next part depends on how long you do this i haven't been able to do it consecutivly because i have ADD and i get off task after about 3 runs maybe 4 if i'm trying really hard

 

 

 

24 hours of play gets you 120000 exp that levels you up to level 51 another time and you should be level 58 another 24 run makes you level 62 then 65 and so on

 

 

 

but after that oak planks (they cost 250gp each) are faster you have to run to your bank and grab 26 because you won't need your bucket

 

 

 

make 1 oak chair then make 3 oak larders you earned 1560 exp in 4 min times 15 is an hour you make 23400 exp thus making 561600 exp in 24 hours that will be better exp per min but it costs much more you spend 93k an hour thats alot if somebody dosen't help you so try and get your friends in on helping you because if you get 8 friends helping you only spend 10k each by the time you work a day you spend 2.2mil if you have 8 friends helping you only spend 250k each its alot better with friends helping but you have to give them something in return right? give them access to your house which won't be to great intill you get more money

 

 

 

in 30 runs of the the clay you have level 99 construction but your house looks like a level 33 so fix that when you can

 

 

 

oh and just a me tip: don't build another room in your house intill the others have everything in them unless you can't get the others full then just do as much as you can

 

 

 

thats the mini guide it is a VERY boring process so you must have an iron will to do it which is why i don't have 65 construction (i'm broke)

I would question if oak arm chairs was the fastest exp at level 51 - if you made larders, you use more planks each time. (In order to have a sink in your house you would need a kitchen).
