Well. My friend said he had 3 Phat', and one for me. (Back when they were like 40M each) I said, really? Went to him. Then he gave me a Pirate hat. I was selling P-Hat on forums for 300k. I asked a mod, he said it was, but I said it is. Is it?

i think it might be lol but you never said waht the p stands for lol so might not be

Well this could be a discussion that would last forever. Litteraly no it is not a scam since you he said Phat and never said what P stands for like Stilev said. But it is common knowledge that a phat is a party hat. You could not go get banned for it.
