I've seen people in PC with Dharoks who eat something and a bunch of 1s appear.. I was told it was a rock cake, so I went to Orgre place and stole one, and it wouldn't let me steal another...

 

 

 

Also I was told you only have to eat one, yet when I eat one, it damages me 4... What am I doing wrong?

 

 

 

And yea, I have Dharoks and want to bring my health to 15 or less without explosive potions cause 100 are gone in like 20 minutes...

The dwarven rock cakes can only be obtained by duplicatin it during the Recipe for disaster quest. If you've completed this quest, you cant get that rock cake anymore. I know nitroglycerin is a pain to get :(
