Hopefully your wrapped a piece of paper around the money to prevent people from holding it up to a light and seeing it. But what is done is done. Since you're using the good ol' USA mail I'd say give it about a week. I sent a postcard from Norway to the USA and it got to it's destination in under a week and Norway is a bit further than Great Britian so it should arrive earlier than that.
