August 22, 200619 yr Use a dragon long. I train mostly at the tzhaar fight caves, mostly because of the many monsters there. I went from 57 to 60 strength there in 1/2 hour. August 22, 200619 yr D long or d scimmy would be best probably, also you could pop in a dd special everyonece in a while too. The best exp would be to use pest control, train in it with atk and put all your points to atk as well.
