i got hacked a couple days back but manage to recover my acc... i copied down the hacker's ip w/o hesitation.

 

I guess it was someone frm the american side because he was using aol. i was planning to complain to the american online service provider tat his customer is doing dishonest and irresponsible action but dont know if i should do it.. and if i should .. i dun noe how to lodge a complaint on it... need advice.. ty

Putting keyloggers onto peoples computers is ilegal. You should state that this user has been peforming "ilegal activity" In the past few days.

any ideas of how to report this abuse to the isp?

just spam the guy with porn then report him

you've run a whois on the ip yeah?

 

 

 

send an email to [email protected] (or navigate through their website for a similar web form)

 

 

 

Be sure to include plenty of details (time is good.)
