August 23, 200619 yr 1. what arrows is the bow comparable to? (i heard it was rune) 2. if i ranged dust devils using the bow would i make a profit or would i lose money as the recharge cost is too much thanks in advance :)
August 23, 200619 yr I believe its compariable to rune when its in the 8/10s to fully charge range then goes down after that. And youll make a profit if you get a dragon chain \ . Excellent weapon but the first recharge is very expensive (900k) but worth every gp. I made my money back by using the bow on blue dragons. - Affliction - 100 Combat - 9/15/06Merchant / Skiller
August 24, 200619 yr yeah it hits as good or better than rune for 8 of the 10 charges. The drawbacks are that it is very expensive to maintain at the start; the rapid option is not as quick as a mage short; and there is no spec. However, it is definitely my bow of choice though, as I dont have to worry about fletching pile of arrows all the time. August 24, 200619 yr If money is an issue (it is for me), just use accurate rather than rapid. You get about 250 shots before the bow degrades so about 2500 before it becomes a seed again. Make the shots count. You get about 20 shots per minute in accurate and 25 in rapid.* * I didn't do the calculation so I can't get credit.
