Somebody was buying for 14m today, and several hours later I saw another person selling one. What are crates? What do they do? Please help me find out all information! I'll post what I know below, and fill it in as I find out more on this strange object. YES, I have checked the item section on runehq, still nothing. Where found: ??? Examine: A musty old crate (Something else said too, can't remember though) Actions (What you can do with it):Open, drop, Examine, Use, ??? Is it F2P?: What does it do?: Quest item?: Tradable?: Yes What does it look like?: A green wooden box, looks like its rotting. Not come across one myself and if there was an in game item that was worth 14mil I am pretty sure it would have been discussed. In order to examine it and test the actions I assume you must have found one - where did you get it from? Thanks to 4be2jue for the sigs. Firstly, I saw a person who said "Buying santa or crate 14m" In varrock west. Several hours later, in FALLY EAST, I saw someone selling the crate, saying theyve had it for a few years, couldn't remember where they got it from. Perhaps a new rare? If so I hope its not like charcoal. Perhaps I will try to find one? And to answer your question on how I knew the info, I examined it in the trading window and asked the person who owned it about it.
