Is it possible to get it again, after you lose it? I've clicked every option, yet I can't seem to get him to charge it.

u pickpocket it form dr fenkenstrain... and then i guess u get it charged from the wise man in draynor... idk i guess u use it on him

I did. I think I know what the problem is. Jagex made it (a) instead of (u). When I pickpocketed it, it was (a), so you must not have to charge it anymore. Thanks for helping me guys. I'm just a noob #-o
