does mud staff require an attack level?

well I would like to know, before I buy one, if a mud staff requires an attack level, if so, what level?

I am almost positive it doesn't.

yes, it requires 1 attack, 1 str, 1 prayer,1def,1 wcing,1 mining,1 smithing, 1 range, 1 mage, 1fletching, 1firemaking, 1 runecrafting to wield....

 

 

 

so basicly, only the l33test of the l33t can wear it...

WRONG! Mud staff DOES require 40 attk to wield. I tried 2 use w/ my mage pure but yu DO need the lvls.
