If someone is harassing you with it that might get muted for saying it, but only saying it once wont matter much since its so commonly used. It is just a word that immature people use when they are mad cause your better or wont trade them something they want. Why would you be offended by ANYTHING someone you don't even know calls you..? Noob and/or Newb are so meaningless and if you get mad over it just turn your pc off right now. And, no you will not get a mark for saying "you mother" it's also a child-like insult. ~Getting into arguements online is just like the special olympics.. Win or lose your still [developmentally delayed]ed.
