Where am I supposed to be looking for the anti-dragonbreath shield?

Ask the Duke of Lumbridge, he's on the firt floor (1 stair up) of the castle and he'll give you one. If you want more, drop it, talk again, drop etc. until you have an inventory full if you want.

go the lumbridge castle and go to the second floor, then talk to th duke of lumbridge and he should give you one
