August 31, 200619 yr since an update between Jan 2006 - Aug 2006 (that's my entire RS life, LOL), exactly when? - I can't remember. i guess there is no quest related to it so far. just something funny... i could be wrong, maybe in P2P? I don't know. I am back.

No, the penguins have nothing to do with that. yes when you first start it he says a monster scared away the other shearers he hired... and when u finish the quest u can tell him that it isnt a monster it was just 2 penguins hiding as a sheep that was scaring away the other shearers or something like that i did it on my noob account after the update \
