August 31, 200619 yr 1. drops a healthy amount of fire runes 2. low level monster 3. F2P. Lessers drop a great amount of fires but they take a while to kill. Wizards are good but they rarely drop fires.
September 1, 200619 yr I was killing Catablepons earlier (lvl 49s) for Laws and Sceptre Tops, and I got 40+ fire runes on the side for 1 inventory of Trout/Salmon. I dunno if their good for just fires, but they have other good drops like Sceptre Tops, Laws, Water Runes, Coal, and Rune Ess. (and the occasional useless Eye of Newt) My Runescape username is Nintend Fan.^Happened right after I killed a guy in the wil

I will be on every now and then though. :)
