Ranging-Knives?Bows?Crosses?

Ive heard alot about training range. As i relise how people merchant the more and more im trying to become self suffcient. So im making a guide to ranging, but i want to know what you think. I would like from lvl 3-99 in intervals

Place: some where in creature of frenkenstein quest

 

Monster: experiments lvl23,24,25

 

Level-Level: 40-70

 

Notes: people say bring like 10k throwing knifes for fast xp

x-bows are too slow for training

Place: Ice Dungeon (south of rimmington)

 

Monster: Ice giant

 

Level-Level: 40-60 or 70

 

Notes: You need to stay by the safe spot for about 5 mins for the ice warriors to stop being aggressive, and they're really accurate... Without any melee gear, they wasted about 6 of my lobs, with r scimmy they only wasted 4... Awesome place for pray+mage or pray+range... I got 33-38 pray, 41-52 range, and 43-47 mage there out of only two trips of 10 lobs ea (both times i ran out of runes/arrows not food)... Not too crowded, not many people know about it, but who cares... I'm not going to train range or mage any time soon...

 

I tried iron, steel, and mith arrs, and steels are the best xp/gp (of course, rune would be the best xp/sec)
