September 3, 200619 yr No. All spells have the same max attack as when you frist get them and at lvl 99. However, higher mage lvl (and mage bonuses) increase the accuracy of the spell and the likelyhood of hitting more consistent higher damage. September 3, 200619 yr Strength. You'll also need a bunch of equipment to raise your strength bonus. Stuff you really wouldn't want to carry into the wildy. I think cannon might be able to hit a 30 if your range level is high enough, but I'm not sure...it doesn't really matter anyway since you can't use cannons on players :P Fear the frog reaper.
