Boring and takes no real skill. You should've atleast put all of the stats on one side and the cuttings on you on the other...

Like over the top?

Like "LOOK AT ME!!!!" kind of over the top?

She meant that it might be too big to use here, but it isnt. (Max is 450x175x30kb. Yours is 450x175x24kb.)

eh..it is not very good in my opinion. First of all, NEVER save as a jpg. Scroll down form that filetype to PNG which gives you the best quality. Also, I would only put in stats that you really were proud of, all of those stats makes it kind of cluttered. OR, you can give a grunge or abstract,or pixle a try :)

I got bored and neatened it up a little

for future reference save as a bmp , it's much easier to work with and doesn't distort the image.

Bitmap. A proprietary Microsoft Windows image format. This file format cannot be used on a Web page.

So it must automatically convert it to a PNG.

If you are planning on working/re-working on an image in paint, save it as a PNG. A PNG saves each pixel, where a JPG merges them slightly to lower file size. If you are working with Photoshop, be sure to save a PSD before closing it.
